My name is Marc Ferguson and I am a long time service technician for Milgard Windows. I am the owner of Pane Master LLC window repair and the only certified Milgard contractor in the state of Michigan. If you’ve had warranty work done on your Milgard product, odds are I was the one who did it.
If you are still the original homeowner you have a wonderful lifetime warranty! I do not know of any other window company that truly has a lifetime warranty like Milgard does. If you have any windows that need repair, such as seal failures (foggy glass), or other problems with your Milgard windows or doors, I can fix that for you.
Even if you’re not the original homeowner, replacing that foggy glass is much more cost effective than replacing an entire window or sliding glass door!
For warranty work you will need to call Milgard to start your claim and get a Case Number. You then need to either call me and leave a voicemail, text or Email me with the case number and your name, address, phone number and email address.
If you have any problems contacting Milgard please feel free to contact me. Once I have the case number and your information I will contact you with a day that I will be in the area. This may take a week or two because I have many different areas I cover (I service the entire state of Michigan).
For non-warranty work please feel free to contact me directly. Even if your Milgard windows are out of warranty I can repair them for a reasonable fee.
Please know that I can also repair any brand of window product in addition to Milgard windows. Referrals are always welcome so please pass my name along to anyone who may need service work for their windows.
